How do i add extensions to a Toshiba Strata DK telephone system? The business i work at has a Toshiba Strata DK Telephone system with 20 customable extension buttons. I want to link the extensions to the buttons so that i dont have to dial the extension number every time i want to talk to someone. Help Please!

Toshiba Strata dk40i telephone system? My toshiba phone was originally programmed by an engineer to transfer calls to my mobile when I was out of the office but doesn't appear to be doing so anymore. Does anyone know how I can re-programme it! Many thanks in advance
