What telephone system like Skype or Vonage or other is best to talk from Ukraine to the USA?

I am an international businessman trying to find the least expensive and most efficient system to stay in contact with my US clients while I am in Ukraine for 6 months. Any ideas out there????

2. you could take a look at the MagicJack....the calls are totally free....! its a little gizmo to fit very easy into your travel-gear...not bigger then a thumb drive.....just plug it into your USB port and make calls....I have used it already in several European countries....! I got a US area code and phone number....then I use GrandCentral....to get different area-codes....so ppl can call me for free.....my friends and family all want one, so I gotta get some more for Christmas....its very easy to set up.... skype is a SIP service and Voange a VoIP provider...I also use skype with a web-cam and have Packet8 for my VoIP provider....because I get over 40 countries for free...
