What VOIP phone should i get?

Okay I have a school that is getting a new phone system all going to VOIP. They don't use a lot of features just basics name on the phone, 4 digit ext. caller id and voice mail. I would also like to forward the phones to a cell phone jusut for a few of the phones but not alll of them. I also would like some phones to be able to run of of a powered port vrs a power pack. Please all help would be great. I don't have one brand to stick with i have looked at Cisco. So leave some info what ever you have! thanks!

1. The only system I am familiar with is Cisco. I installed a few dozen 7941s in late '06, added several dozen more in '07, plus a few 7936 conference phones. About 80 total. I am rather impressed with the quality, both physical and operational. They sound fabulous and I have yet to go back and replace anything on a repair. Which is what I would expect from Cisco.
