Free Virtual PBX System that forwards calls to Mobile Phone?

Hi, I run a small business and I would like to have an Auto-Attendant and about 5 extensions but I dont know of any services that will do this for free. I would also like all the calls to forward to my mobile phones because our current phone system requires for us to pay $15 more for a 3rd Party VoIP service that they dont set-up.

2. You cannot find a stand-alone features such as an auto-attendant for free. Instead this features are included for free when you subscribe to a phone system from a certain provider.
