CTI Query - Telecommunications / ICT?

This is the scenario: An organization providing call center functionality to about 100 remote sites or more. Call center functions include: CTI software on PC, which shows call duration, MCID (Malicious Call Identification) information, and customized website as necessary (preference is to be supplied with software that allows statistics information to be be put in by call receivers.). Also, digital telephony system will accept PSTN phone numbers and let individual users connect their private phones into the CTI system for their use. Is this possible with any current products? I have checked with Cisco. Not coming in until a much later version of Call Manager...

  1. Anything is possible, I would look into Fonality trixbox or other linux based PBX's
