When I go to the gym they put on the worst shows ever. Is there an that allows you to change channels.with your phone for Toshiba, Samsung, and Sony TVs?

Not likely because Tv's use infared, which is not supported on hardly any handsets any more as its very old technology. The TV remote were seen on very old Smartphones not likely to see them any more.
