laptop wont connect to internet.! hellpp.?

i have a toshiba and a malware somehow hacked into my computer.! i tried system restore and it removed the malware but for some reason it can not connect to the internet.! i also have a desktop and house phone connected to my internet and both are working both fine but not my laptop! what can i do?? i already have malwarebytes on my laptop; didnt help fix my internet problem. everything is ok with my laptop i just cant connect to the internet.

1. Download and install Malewarebytes from www.malewarebytes.com. Update the software after installation and run a complete scan of your computer. Hopefully it should be able to detect and remove the virus from your computer. If it does not work, you have to format the hard drive and re-install the Operating system.
