Software to show system processes using my internet connection?

I'm looking for some free software or a utility that will show me the processes using my internet (or LAN) connection in real-time, and how much they are using. I need to do this for various reasons, one is to monitor an intermittent issue I am having with an IP phone used for work. Can anyone suggest some software?
