How can I record a message off voice mail?

A T & T is upgrading their voice mail soon. I have two voice messages from my mom and dad that I want to keep forever. How can I retrieve them from voice mail and save before it is shut down and upgraded?

1. If you have a built in mic on your computer you can record them. Or buy a cheap mic.
2. depends on many things, first of which would be "what kind of equipment do you have? ie, if you have a home answering machine, many have a 'memo' feature as do many cell phones. you would simply call up your voice mail and hit record.
