I hope to do mobile phones business in Singapore. But i am not familiar with the license, procedure ?

Can i bring in mobile phones from China and India to sell in Singapore? Thanks.

1. Mobile phones from China should be fine because I saw quite a lot of shops selling China mobile phones at Sim Lim Square level 1.
