advantages and disadvantages of using mobile phones in a business?

i need to know disadvantages and advantages of using mobile phones in a business, i need to know this for my business coursework.

1. the employees will steal the phones but you can answer them calls anywhere
2. Mobile phones in business can really help, not knowing where a person is and needing them can be a hassle. You can you them for an organzier, calender, notes, reminders and so on, only problem is, you can lose it.
