How can i purchase a AT&T phone from radio shack when i have a business plan?

I have a AT&T business plan and when i go to places such as radio shack, they say i can't buy phones from them since i have a business phone. And that i would have to go to an AT&T store. But the phones in radio shack are waaaaaaaaay cheaper then the ones in the AT&T store! is there any way i can still get the phone from radio shack?
