Toshiba Phone System - how do you connect 25 VoIP phones to an IP PBX?

how do you connect 25 VoIP phones to an IP PBX?

im not sure if you can use a router or switch, if so then can i use the same ones that the computers (25 as well) use, or do i need seperate ones just for the phones.
