Yesterday when I turned on my Toshiba Satellite laptop with Vista Business, after the "Welcome" sequence, the screen was black w/movable "loading" cursor and a frozen start bar. After a restart it opened to a white screen w/movable cursor. On the third try it opened to my wallpaper with loading cursor and frozen start bar. After several tries, I started up in Safe mode. It started up, but what came up was a very magnified safe mode wallpaper. I restarted again, and it loaded to a white screen with a "Motorola Phone Service App. has stopped working" error. We restarted a few more times, and it did the same thing. My mom did a system restore, and it worked fine. I then noticed the internet icon with the two computers and the blue circle was missing, as well as the volume icon. We restarted again, and it loaded to the same white screen with Motorola error. It is NOT a problem with the screen, as we hooked it up to another screen and it still wouldn't work. What is going on? the computer is UNUSABLE. I cant get into safe mode without my mom doing it, and it took her forever
