I want to start a very small business repairing cell phones and other small electronics?

Should I advertise on Facebook, and start a Blog? Does anyone have experience with this? This is more of a hobby than a serious business venture.

1. Advertise where ever you can but remember with electronics being inexpensive and coming under warranty most people would not pay for repairs.
