What phone system does your medium business use?

We have about 20-30 extentions. 6 people are remote. Tell me if this fits what you use. What do you use? and would you recommend it? why or why not? Thanks! I will not open links in spam answers. However, I will report them...Please just answer the question! Thanks!

1. I have got 3 inbound lines and 10 extensions, The next upgrade (PBX and additional lines) costs $$$ I went with a VOIP which is giving me flexibility. It is a pain in the &%&# to configure and the vendor does not tell me everything in the first phone call, but in the long run, a better more expandable system.
