my laptop speakers disabled?

its toshiba Equium 10 system type is x 86-based pc. it hapend when i was watching a video clip on youtube but they work with head phone.

1. Sounds like faulty speaker. Might have to get it replaced.
2. there are some types of malware or viruses that can actually damage to a point the sound drivers a sign that i usually find of this is the speaker icon on the lower right corner disappear and you have to reinstall or download new drivers
