What is the voice mail passcode for a brand new blackberry curve?

I just got a new blackberry curve through virgin mobile and it won't let me access my voice mail unless I have a passcode. I never set up a passcode and have tried 0000 and the last four digits of my number. I also looked at their website and nothing turned up. In addition I tried to set up a passWORD through my blackberry options but it rejected it.

1. try 1234 If that doesn't work, call Virgin Mobile. It isn't a blackberry thing, it is a Virgin Mobile password.
