Knowledge needed for the following IT topics, telephony (copper cables), E1 transmission, tcp/ip?

I just graduation as a computer engineer and I found a job, but I found that this job requires a lot more than what I studied in college. I need to find the quickest way to get knowledge and jump start me for the following topics: 1 - Studying the copper cable to locate pairs using buzzers 2 - Locating E1 signals and how to transfer data over E1 3 - tcp/ip 4 - Basic electrical information, like how Amp this A/C panel has and equipment electricity consumption
