CANT HEAR THE PHONE RING AT MY OFFICE DESK HELP?

need a good device that works and is compatible with a Mitel 5224 Ip Phone system thanks. its for my office desk. I cant ever hear the phone ring when i am in the other room filing

Have an extention phone put in the other room where you do your filing, that way you dont even have to walk back to your desk to answer it, or better yet, get a headset and wear it so you will hear the ring when calls come in and can answer it.
