I am looking for a softswitch, I have one static IP. I need to configure it a small soft switch?

I've heard there are some free softswitch's, but i really don't know which one it is, I need only 50 concurrent calls to work via IP - IP. Basically my requirement, I need to get DID from a DID vendor like DIDx, and then assign DID to a PBX or a VOIP (SIP Device) and forward it a SIP Account. So i am looking for a equipment like, DID's assigned by DIDx and forward it to SIP accounts or SIP portals. Please let me know, if there is any solution for that.
