Toshiba Registration?

When I was in the middle of registering my laptop the site froze and internet explorer closed down. I went back to try and register it again but it said that the numbers that you were supposed to input have already been put into the system. Am I just going to have to call and register it over the phone or can I somehow get back to where I left off?
