Recording Specific Extensions within a Business Phone System?

I am currently searching for a recording system that will record phone conversations at specific extensions within our office phone system. We do not want to record every conversation on our main line, but rather conversations within specific extensions. For example, not every conversation that occurs at (123) 555-5555, but every conversation at (123) 555-5555 ext.444. How can this be accomplished? Thank you so much in advance!

1. By putting the recording equipment on the extension. That could be because the port is analog, or there's a built-in recorder. In Panasonic systems, we can set a "record" button to record and then email the finished product, or we can use a digital or analog recorder, depending on the phone, and record all calls to a specific port.
