- So you downloaded a fake AV, if you cant do anything at all normally a system restore is the solution (but you cant do that) so the next step is to reformat, but this means losing all data. Safe mode only runs windows files so shouldn't load the malicious files, back up everything you need to keep by doing this.
- Internet Security 2012 (and other similar names) is a "fake antivirus", and is NASTY! You may need to download some tools to a USB drive from another machine. The only advice I've found which works, is from: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-win-7-home-security-2012 If Rkill is unusable, try to find the suspicious process and terminate manually, after using the registry file to neutralize some of this beast's hooks.
- when you start computer press F8 then press last known good configuration then when your computer restarts go to start run type services.msc then enable windows installer and set to automatic then you will be able to download then remove trend micro and download AD-AWARE internet security antivirus it is rated top by pcmag you can visit www.pcmag.com and click security then antivirus top rated is AD-AWARE it has better ranking then all other antivirus 4.5 stars out of 5 stars and it is a editor choice
