System recovery, HELP!?

I'm in the middle of doing a system recovery on my Toshiba Satellite. I want to delete all data, but not have to reinstall windows or anything like that. I have options: 1. Recover to out-of-box-state (System Recovery Options are included) 2. Recover without changing the hard drive partitions P.S. I'm writing this from my phone :). Thank you.

1. Use option 1 will set it to day one when you first got your PC, I would use that. It should warn you that it will remove all data and files you may have on there now. Keep in mind this will mean you will loose all your e-mail, saved files, anything in your personal profile like pictures, music... etc.
