How do I retrieve voice mail on my LG AX275 cell phone?

When I call my voice mail, it says I need to enter the "security code". I don't recall setting a security code. Is there a factory default number (if so, how do I find that?) or a way to reset this code?

It is usually the last 4 digits of your social security number. Or call customer service and they can set it to what you like.
