How do you make an outgoing call go straight to someones voice mail.?

I no theres a way to do it though your own voice mail. But is there like a number i can dial first then there number to go straight to their voice mail? Or maybe a website that will do it for you?

1. Why would you want to do that? wouldnt it be easier to just talk to the person instead of leaving them a message?
2. The only way to do that is through your voicemail. Go to your voicemail, listen for the option "to send a message...", then create the message and dial the phone number you want to send it to.
