Getting a voice mail off a cell phone and on a computer?

How can I get a voice mail off my cell phone and saved onto my computer? It is a Trio 755 P from Sprint.

1. its not actually stored on your phone, its stored on the cell phone providers servers, so you would have to phone your vm and record the messages with a tapre recorder or other media recording device
