I left a voice mail tip regarding section 8 fraud, will my identity be revealed to the client I'm complaining?

I did leave my name, also the name of person i am complaining about. Now I found out that this person has a meeting with the section 8 case manager regarding a complaint they received. Will my identity be revealed since I left a voice mail message with my voice recorded, and name mentioned?????Please I need to know.

1. I hope not but do not be afraid. I would call the office and ask to remain anonymous to be sure.
