Toshiba Phone System - If one company have had IP PBX ,does it work through all its branches ,even if they are in different country?

If one company have had IP PBX ,does it work through all its branches ,even if they are in different country?

i want to Know could IP PBX be implimeneted for all office branches through the same network and same vendor ,or it would be different if offices have been located in different country and locations.

Yes..as long as you have an internet connection in all the branches.. ..it uses VOIP or "voice over ip" to transfer calls..
