Asterisk is a complete IP PBX for businesses, and can be downloaded for free." Of course, it's all command line based, so I prefer Trixbox. After installation, it's all GUI based and very similar to Asterisk. Trixbox is running my business PBX on a P3 933 with 512 RAM with 8 users.
