why IP phone is better then normal PBX phone?

1. because its much cheaper and the service and features are fantastic! If you find a great service and provider, you will never go back!
2. here is what I tell EVERY business customer... IP based telephone service is reliant on your internet connection... while it may be a few dollars cheaper per month to switch over your lines to VoIP if you lose your internet connection you lose ALL of your phones! what are the chances of ALL of your landline based phones going down at the same time? I still do not believe that IP telephony is ready for businesses... although I have been seeing alot of companies taking a risk that I do not think is worth it... as for residential use, I think VoIP is great, and I have been using VoIP phone service for several years exclusively at home...
