IP phone with VPN?

i want to connect an IP phone to the office pbx via VPN but I dont want to replace the DSL router at home. I want to vpn from a "box" behind my dsl router (in my local network). This way my ip phine will be on the office network but my pc will continue to be on my dsl / local network. I only want the phone in the tunnel. Are there any vpn capable ip phones? if not can I get a cheapy vpn box 2 - 4 ports. cheap. help, I dont want to use winbdows vpn and softphone. It works but I want the full functionality of the ip phone. in other words (1 phone at remote location) cant justify thousands of dollars per remote. need a solution under $200 way under

1. You could use a standard sip phone or adaptor for the phone on your end but I'm not 100% sure how you'd get that on to a vpn. One solution would be to open a non standard port on the firewall at work and forward it to the sip server there. I can't say I know of any sip phone or adaptor that supports vpn functionality but I could be wrong.
