Where can i buy a IP-PBX?
Our company want to buy a IP PBX, which brand is good? Is there any for Skype using?

- Why buy one when you can download Asterisk PBX software and put that on an older computer. Asterisk is Open Source and very flexible. As for Skype, Since it uses a Peer to Peer protocol, you can't use it on a PBX. There are several VoIP solutions that do use that. I personally use Gizmo Project with my Asterisk PBX and it works great.
