VoIP or IP telephony free?

does anyone kno of any thing that will let me call landlines and cellphones form my computer for free?

1. no and there is no way (unless you do something illegal) note :nothing in this world is free
2. Ha ha. Good one..... Oh, you were serious? No, nothing is free. Yahoo charges a minimal charge for PC to land line calls.
3. For free as in pay nothing ever? With VOIP all your phone calls are "free" after paying for the line... VOIP.com and Vonage have a "softphone" that you can use on your computer: http://www.voipadvisor.org
