Toshiba Phone System

I'm trying to connect to xbox live and the IP fails.?

I'm using a Touchstone Telephony Modem and when I try and get on xbox live it says the IP fails. I'm connecting directly from my xbox to the modem. Any answers :]?

1. There could be a IP conflict. If your settings on your 360 ar all auto try entering the IP,DNS etc manually if this doesn't help there maybe a problem to the pc side of it possible the firewall somthing like that. sorry i couldn't help any more im not too great at that side of things with the 360. And it might be worth a try going to xbox.com to see if theres any info there that might help.
