free up ram msconfig.exe help ?

i want to free up ram so a pc game will run faster i went to run and put in msconfig.exe and took away sme programs at startup but does service mean the programs thats running the now if so i coul get rid of some of them i listed a few what ones should i untick plz help some of the programs in service windows audio computer browser ip helper server netlogon protected storage smart card telephony themes webclient windows search windows update help plz

1. The easiest way I find to do this is to type each of the program names into Google. If you look at a few sites you will find a general consensus and find out if the program can be safely removed.
