How do I access my voice mail on my U-verse VOIP home phone system?

O.K I think I have the same thing you should have a booklet that came with the phone system I believe you can press *98 to dial and then I think it'll lead you to setting up your v-mail, if I'm thinking the right thing it's a pain in the ass to access sometimes I can get in there and sometimes I can't.
