What phone system do you recommend?

I manage a small business and everyone works from home. Do you know of a VOIP phone system that I could get virtual numbers with extensions, then have calls answered by an answering service...then forwarded to the worker's number at home? I tried Skype, but I don't think it does that. or does it?

1. try either at&t or io light path for business they are good services but verizon has many issues with the network and i will never recommend them
