Toshiba Phone System

How can I attach a fax machine to a cordless phone system?

I have a VOIP phone connection with a multi-unit cordless phone system (5.8 GHz). I have no phone jacks in any room. Now I need to connect a fax machine in a room far from where the modem and phone-base is located. Can I use a wireless phone jack to connect the fax (such as http://www.amazon.com/RCA-RC926-Wireless-Phone-Jack/dp/B00000J08Q)? Will that interfere with the cordless phone system or my wireless router (802.11n)? Or can I buy a new cordless phone system that allows me to plug in an external phone device on a remote unit?... I don't know if anyone makes something like this. Or any other ideas except for running a very long phone wire?

  1. A wireless *Modem* extender will probably work.
  2. wireless phone jacks are junk. connect the fax machine to the VOIP port, then the phone base into the fax machine. VOIP is not good for fax use anyway. there is too much delay, noise, latency, for a good fax connection.
