Ip Relay Pervert Hacks Into My Computer System And Ip Relay Call OMFG WHAT!?

Last Night About 12Am I Was On Photobucket With My Bff My Mom Granny And Brother All Sleeping In My House All The Sudden The Phone Rings And My Mom Wakes Up And Answers It It Appears Somebody Had A Hearing Problem And Hacked My Computer (Pervert) And Used IP Relay To Phone Me My Mother Has Contacted The Police Dept. The Question Is Does He Have My Address Or Could He And Could This Put Me In Serious Danger How Did He Do This And Why I Am So Afraid To Go To Bed Now Please Give Me Some Advice Or Something That Tells About This IP Relay??? PLEASE! No I Didn't Give Anybody My Number Thats How I Know That He Hacked Into My Computer But Why I Wanna Know Does He Have My Address Now Does He Plan To Harm Me In Some Way?

1. Wait, why do you think he hacked your computer? It sounds like he just used IP-RELAY.COM to call you, which anyone can do. It's a service for deaf and mute people that let's them type in what they want to say, and an operator actually says it over the phone. Anyone can use it, there is no proof of disability required. Question is, how did he get your number? Did you give it out to random people online?
2. For this reason, well and many others that is why I always have dynamic IP address for my computer as opposed to leaving it as static such as in your case. I do not know how he got your phone number though.
