Toshiba Phone System

I need a phone system for my small home business that has a good speaker and conference call ablility.?

I am thinking of a AT&T or Panasonci system. I need good speakers because I do not hear very well. I also need confrerence call ability because I havce calls from my business partners and training classes.

1. Do you need a real phone system, with 2+ lines and multiple extensions with intercom? Or just a single phone with access to 2 or more lines, with a speakerphone?
2. Why not get SKYPE. You can do all of the above with a skype account. It's free to download. and it can be done via a computer with free video calling so you can see who you're talking to. www.skype.com take a look it's free.
