how can assign roll over sequence on a system w/o a pvd phone system, my phones are att 945 and 984?

im looking to avoid buying a pvd phone system as it is expensive. i have att small business phone # 945 and 984 with 4 lines. how can i have my numbers roll over without have to dial each indivdual numbers. do i have to buy the pvd system? please help as im a new small business and right now i cant afford to buy a pvd system.

1. i believe that what you are talking about is a hunt group... when one line is busy you want it to roll over to the next available number?? this is not a phone system feature, this is a feature that is provided by your local phone provider... it is called "call hunting" so if someone calls you on line 1 and there is someone on line 1 the call will go to line 2, but if someone is on line 2 also, then it will go to line 3 etc.... call your local phone provider to set this service up... if for whatever reason you have residential dial tone, and not business then you can substitute the call hunting with foward on busy, then foward line 1 to line 2 and 2 to 3 untill you get to the last number.. then at the last number add voice mail to catch calls when all lines are busy
