anti-virus design help what are all the ways to hijack a computer and how to stop the connection of ip address?

i am codeing in C++ and i am just makeing a custom firewall settings i need to know the folowing: all ways to hijack a pc from tools to common windows projects like remote desktop wizard all ways to stop the hijacking system a way to block a ip and sub mask a way to enable and disable all internet access a way to check if the phone line is geting hijacked by third party shockware radios please help i want to have the TSN antivirus system runing by 19 of december this year for my dads birthday thankyou your going to make me rich i am an advanced user i can study a code and lern it in a weak tops so hit me with it u guys arnt helping we with my software windows backs doors i need and ways to block them
