Technical question: How do I get an intelligent 900 telephone number system ?

What are some of the companies who can supply a telephone system which charges the caller say $2 per minute. Of this amount $1 goes to the person being called and $1 goes to the me the supplier of this service. How would I set this type of system up ? No wise ass remarks please.

1. you wouldnt be the supplier of the service.. .the phone company would be, and they would be splitting the money with the person providing the information service on that 900 number.
