What cell phones/pdas are best for business?

I am trying to find the best phone for my business. Here are my specifications: It must have a qwerty keyboard, full internet access(not just modified pages for cell phones), and I would like it to have a scheduler or appointment application of some kind to keep track of meetings/events. Thanks in advance. Oh! And it MUST have good speaker phone quality in addition regular voice without speaker.

1. The Blackberry has a great calendar, and depending on the model you get, a big enough screen to view it all on. however it lacks in it speakerphone. it sucks in that department. Really. At least the one with the biggest screen does, the Curve. Good internet, calendar (i love the calendar), but poor speaker phone.
2. I suppose a Blackberry would do that. Also you can't ignore the iPhone as well in that field (hell US Congress is giving the Congressmen that for them to use). So I would consider: Blackberry (Storm, Bold, etc) Apple iPhone 3G
