Hi there! I want to have a small store selling cellular phones and plans, you know like simply wireless where they sell all kinds of plans from sprint, t-mobile (which sucks by the way), verizon, ect... Thanks alot!

In general, you will need to have a license to carry and sell products from the various suppliers you identified. You would need to find a location that does not have too many similar types of businesses nearby. You would also want to be in line with lots of foot traffic, as for many people, browsing in a store like this is interesting, esp. if you acquire various plans that people can immediately switch over without any charge.
