I would like to start a business refurbishing and selling used cell phones.?

Does anyone have any info on how I would go about starting a business refurbishing and selling used cellular phones?

1. Ebay...although, there is a ton of that going on there, I think.
2. check out your market on say, ebay. figure out profit, price you'll be out refurbishing, upkeeping business expenses. make a website if its good enough for you, if not, go for ebay and look at it as extra cash. if your market's big enough, rent a kiosk in the mall and take over the industry
3. try buying a lot of used phones then make them phones look nice or fix them phones rent a booth or stand inside a mall if it works you buy new phones to be sold you can sell prepaid cards to
4. A waste of time.....to many people/companys givin them away, new!
