How good is the Symbian/S60 PDA platform for mobile phones with regard to business?

I have seen more than a few Nokia phones powered by Symbian/S60 that seem pretty good and I was wondering how good they are for someone in business. How easy are they to sync with Outlook and email, etc? Also, which Nokia phone would anybody recommend?
