What are some good business phone companies?

I am starting Monday for a media company that just launched recently and apparently they do not have any business phones yet and are using their cell phones. I know that setting this up is going to be one of my first priorities and I wanted to go ahead and get some ideas so I could go in Monday and make a good impression :) Btw, I live in Atlanta, GA and the company is probably going to need around about maximum 10 phones with all standardized options such as transfer, voicemail, extensions, etc...
